What we collect

We use the open-source software Umami for statistical analysis of visitor access on this website. Umami is hosted on our own servers, meaning all data is processed and stored exclusively by us. Umami does not collect personally identifiable information and anonymizes all data collected. Users cannot be identified and are never tracked across web sites.

Our Web server collects log files that track actions occurring on this site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. We keep this information for up to a month and use it solely to prevent malicious attacks on our web sites.

When you use one of our licensed products (curriculum or Terrapin Logo), we use your license code to track the usage of this license code. We do not collect personally identifiable information and anonymize all data collected.

We do not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. At no time do we request or collect personal information about users of any age.

When you use our physical robot products (Bee-Bot, Blue-Bot, Tuff-Bot, Pro-Bot, InO-Bot), we do not request or collect any information about its use or its users. Apart from Bee-Bot, all robots use Bluetooth to connect to another device, but we do not use any of the transmitted information to collect personal data.
