Easi-Scope
Easi-Scope magnifies up to 50x
The new Easi-Scope digital microscope, from the makers of Bee-Bot, lets students examine everyday objects in amazing detail.  Easi-Scope turns young students into scientific detectives who can discover and explore the inner workings and fine details of the world around them.

The simple plug and play Easi-Scope attaches via a USB port.  The egg shape makes it easy to grasp and focus, while built-in LED lights provide close up illumination. Connect to a whiteboard and the whole class can share in discovery!

Easi-Scope is available individually and in an economical and colorful Six Pack.  Pre-order now at a special discount and try Easi-Scope in your classroom.
Mobile STEM Learning Box Initiative
5th Graders Demonstrating Bee-Bots to Potential Sponsors
5th graders show Bee-Bot to potential sponsors
Fifth graders at Ridge Elementary School in Maryland helped The Patuxent Partnership provide mobile boxes of robots, including Bee-Bot and Pro-Bot, for schools in their county to share.

Sarah Cannavo, STEM Outreach Coordinator, told us the students themselves came up with this cost effective idea for introducing more students to robotics and technology. "Next thing you knew, they had developed a plan on how many robots it would take and how the 'bots could be shared."

The 5th graders gave presentations to potential corporate sponsors and elected officials, and allowed guests to try the 'bots which raised the needed funds. Sarah adds that, "the students presented the idea to the Governor's office and hope to have Mobile STEM Learning Boxes in all Maryland counties!"

The new apps, along with other useful information and tools, are available in the Downloads section of the Bee-Bot web site
