• What newsletters does Terrapin have?
    Terrapin offers three free newsletters: Turtle Talk, Bee-Bot Buzz, and Bee-Bot Insider.
    Each newsletter contains valuable teaching tips, articles, and new product announcements.

• How do I subscribe to these newsletters?
    Fill out the form here to sign up for any or all of them.
    Note that this form is for signing up for newsletters. It does not unsubscribe you from newsletters you leave unchecked.

• How do I unsubscribe from your newsletters?
    Every newsletter we send has two links at the bottom of the email.
    Click the Unsubscribe link to be removed from all the Terrapin newsletters you are subscribed to.
    Click the Update Profile link to choose which Terrapin newsletters you want to receive.
    If you click an Unsubscribe button in Gmail or other newsletter provider, you will also be unsubscribed from all Terrapin newsletters.
  

• If I haven’t kept a newsletter, how do I get to these links?
    Go to the newsletter sign-up page and sign up for a newsletter.
    Don’t worry! We won’t send you duplicate emails (unless you sign up with a different email address).
    As soon as you sign up, you will receive a Welcome email that has the links.
  

• Can I submit an idea for an article to be included in a newsletter?
    Most certainly! We’d love to hear from you. Please fill out our Customer Contribution Form.
    You can also learn how to submit a Customer Story.
    Customer Stories are popular and often included in our newsletters.
